Brownie Layer Dessert

This is when you really want to celebrate and can’t decide which craving will win out so you put them all in one.

Yummy Brownies, topped with coconut cream, light chocolate mousse and then finally a fluffy cloud of whipped cream.

Can’t really ask for more than that.

Tricky to transport. Must be kept cool but so worth the effort.
