Walnut Chocolate Chip Carmelitas

Carmelitas are a layered bar. Two layers are made with the same buttery, brown sugar, vanilla-infused oatmeal and chocolate chip mixture. In the middle there’s buttery caramel goodness. The oats provide a light crunchy texture to the chewiness of the otherwise buttery-soft bars and oozing with juicy caramel everywhere. Pure heaven.
