Banana Walnut Bread

A slice of this is so yummy in the morning with that first cup of coffee.  Or if you want to feel extra love slip some in your partner’s or kids lunch box.  Perhaps it sounds healthier if you call this “bread” but it is really more of a cake.  It also freezes well if by some unreal chance there are leftovers.

 *The bread is a 8cm x 22cm loaf which can serve approximately 10 people.
