Chocolate Chip Coconut Almond Cookies

Made with Belgium chocolate chips, sweet coconut and toasty almonds with a hint of vanilla. This jewel is inspired by one of my favorite American candy bars.

I use local ingredients whenever possible like Belgium chocolate and vanilla made right here in the Netherlands. That being said this is a complex cookie has a lot going on with distinct flavors all packed into one cookie, which will for sure bring “Joy” to your tummy.
