Gluten-Free Mexican Chocolate Crinkle

A flourless cookie made a whole lotta melted chocolate. Cinnamon, cayenne, and ancho chile powder add a very nice flavor and balance out the chocolaty decadence.

These cookies aren’t your typical crinkle cookie, and it’s not just the warm spices that make them unusual. It is a fudgy, decadent cookie, reminiscent of a brownie in texture, with a crispy meringue-like outside. They are also delicious. Plus gluten free…sweet. (Pun intended)
