Mexican “Hot” Chocolate Cookies

For the adventurist, inspired by my “South of the Texas Border Friends”. A slight cinnamon flavor at first bite, chocolately goodness in the middle and a great peppery kick in the back of the throat at the end. Amazing flavors in each bite, especially delicious with a good red wine after a good meal.
